We use Aweber, which has 6+ strong years in the autoresponder industry. It has 99.34% deliverability rate. We have used it for more than 2 years and have only goods things to say about this service.  It's easy to implement and you will get discounts with your annual subscription.

There is constant debate which autoresponder is better - AWeber or getresponse. Both of them are very good services. It's generally believed that AWeber has a slightly higher deliveabilty rate than Getresponse, due to the fact that AWeber has a stricter rules regarding its service. Getresponse, on the other than hand, has a co-op program which helps building lists.
