1) Aweber

Excellent third party autoresponder that I personally use. The only bad thing about it is that it does not accept co-op advertising.

2) Getresponse

Getresponse is second to Aweber. The reason why it comes to a second place is that many webmasters find that their interface is a bit clustered - making it not-so-intuitive for users.  It does allow co-op list building.  Hence, it may be a choice for you.

3) Freeautobot

It claims to offer you a free autoresponder.
(hey, in life, there is really nothing for free. It does come with advertising with every email that you send out. If you don't mind people riding on you when you promote your offers.  Don't say that I did not warn you ;)
